The Empath EP is an assortment of tracks produced over the last year or so that highlight a current representation of my journey in sound and my path as an artist and human being. Some of my most honest work to date. These songs lie heavily under the influence of experimental drum & bass and jungle, all while reflecting back to dark ambient and autonomic landscapes. An idealistic blend between sound system and headphone music.

Spread across the whole spectrum of this EP lies a variation of sounds created from soft and hard synth experimentation, resulting in textured atmospheres, hypnotic drones and evolving melodies, all while synchronizing with the contrasts of warm sub rhythm and acid bass. The direction in creating these songs were heavily guided from my approach of drum break/percussion manipulation, and intricate sampling from banked sound design sessions over the years that are intimately personal to me upon periods of life I can reflect on. I’ve always been a heavy feeling person and throughout the process of creating these songs, it’s been quite rewarding to learn more about myself, about music, about culture and most importantly, how to live a better life. It’s all just part of my story and pushing myself to create alterity within music and art. Insight into foresight. I’m fortunate to progress and keep moving.
